The ICSDS (International Center for Sustainable Development & Environmental Studies) main goal is to promote for the development and implementation of international sustainable development and Environmental awareness by advancing the understanding and implementation of sustainable societies and the protection of ecosystems in the MENA area. The ICSDS main area of work is in the Arab and North African countries (MENA). ICSDS experts are also engaged in extensive activities in the international arena as well.
ICSDS overall strategy is to identify and develop actions to enable MENA countries to achieve a continuous long-term improvement of quality of life through the creation of sustainable communities with environmental awareness capable to manage and use their national resources efficiently which will affect the society by ensuring prosperity, environmental protection and social cohesion.

A- Environment and Sustainability Projects
I - Conducting Project management and

B- Rule of Law projects:
1- Smoking in closed areas between forbiddingness and limitation "Are the legislators interfering in people's rights. Do smokers have a right?", working with the Canadian authorities and mainly the Ministry of Health which decided to forbid smoking in all closed public and private areas by launching an awareness campaign between citizens and preparing them, through circles of discussions and seminars held by a number of psychologists, sociologists, lawyers and parliament members, to be aware of the bad impact of smoking on newborn and elder people as well as those who are sick and need pure air. We also emphasized on the "Right to have a clean air" in closed areas which should be considered as a constitutional right close to "the right to live" and work. (The project duration: Eight months)
2- The rule of law in International Health "The right for an equal medical treatment to all human beings", working with the Canadian Ministry of Health and the WHO (World Health Organization) on the right for an equal medical treatment to all humans especially those from the 3rd world. We held several seminars in different Canadian cities and set for gatherings and discussions including with highly ranked personnel from the WHO and the Canadian Ministry of Health. Our role was to prepare a final paper to be sent to the WHO asking all countries to make sure that poor people get medicine easily without being forbidden due to patents rights (Knowing that this decision was adopted in Canada since 2001). (The project duration: 10 months).
3- Working within the WTO & USAID legal experts team, helping the Lebanese government to implement the WTO and TRIPs rules to its IP regulations (The project's duration: 8 months)
4- "Online Arbitration", elaborating a project for online International Commercial Arbitration (The project's duration: 8 months)
5- Crimes against the Environment, a project conducted in Lebanon (The project's duration: 6 months)
C- Social and Psychological Studies, Women and Children Rights, and Capacity Buildings:
1- "Green Psychology and the sociological effects of green education on our children", a project accomplished in Montreal-Canada working closely with a group of sociologists and psychologists. (The project duration: Eight months)
2- Project managing of "Les effets de la guerre et du terrorisme sur les enfants du Liban", at the Saint Joseph University - Beirut. (The project duration: Six months)
3- L'integration des immigres dans la societe canadienne (Les immigres a travers la tele du gouvernement du Canada - CBC International. (The project duration: 18 months)
4- Capacity building sessions for moms on the best psychological and sociological practices to take care of children. (The project duration: Six months)
5- Capacity building for nannies in Canada on the best psychological and sociological practices to take care of children in a day care. (The project duration: Eight months)
6- Capacity building for new immigrants to Canada and helping them psychologically to easily integrate in the Canadian society (What's acquiring a new Citizenship? What and how to face social and psychological barricades, what are your dues and your rights? (The project duration: 12 months)
7- Consultancy on the TV for more than 100 times (Hiya TV, Future TV, Orbit TV, Tele Lumiere...
8- a study on the bad influence of terrorist acts on Lebanese children.
9- Capacity building for Canadian students and awareness on several topics : Non-violence, Going Green, Non use of drugs...(The project duration: Eight months)
D- Media and communication Projects:
- Project management and Publishing of a report about Arab Media in USA - 1994 (6 months)
E- Political and Religious Studies:
