Me. Rabih Choueiri

Mr. CHOUEIRI holds an LL.M degree in International Business Law from Montreal University in Canada followed by a thesis regarding Domain Names Protection. Me. CHOUEIRI is currently preparing a PHD degree in law (with a focus on international trade, Intellectual property and Pharmaceutical Law) at Montreal University- Canada.

Mr. CHOUEIRI is a Lawyer & International legal Consultant, admitted to both the Quebec (Canada) and Beirut (Lebanon) Bar Associations. He has a Strong knowledge in North American, European and Arab countries laws as well as WTO rules.

Mr. CHOUEIRI has worked with the WTO & USAID helping the Lebanese government to implement the WTO and TRIPs rules. He also worked on the following topics: Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption, How to protect your business when being audited? , Tobacco rules and regulations, “amicus curae” and tobacco companies, International Commercial Arbitration …
